We are looking for a Telecaller. This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Identifying leads, pitching services, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients regarding wedding and event services.
Handle incoming customer inquiries professionally.
Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into appointments.
Negotiate and close deals, ensuring smooth execution of the sales process.
Maintain records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
Maintain a record of sales activities and ensure timely follow-ups.
Job Requirements:
Strong communication skills, customer-centric approach, and ability to close deals are important for this profile. Proficiency in Cold Calling,Lead Generation,CRM knowledge,communication is an added advantage.
