We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team at at Stg Journey India Private Limited. The role focuses on expanding the client base, meeting revenue targets, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The position offers ₹12,000 - ₹18,000 and opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote travel packages, holiday deals, and services
Handle inbound inquiries regarding flights, hotels, tour packages, visas, and itineraries
Explain travel products, pricing, and offers clearly to customers
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable travel solutions
Follow up with leads and maintain a strong pipeline for conversions
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems
Coordinate with internal teams (ticketing, operations, support) for bookings and confirmations
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 6 months - 1 years of experience. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to close deals effectively, and a customer-focused approach are also essential for this role.
