Job Description

We are hiring enthusiastic Telecallers / Receptionists / Sales Executives to promote our services and generate leads for two business verticals:

1. Loan Products (Freshers Can Apply)

• MSME Loans

• Business Loans

• Home Loans

• Loan Against Property (LAP)

• Working Capital Loans

• Machinery Loans

2. ISO Certification Services (Experience Preferred)

• ISO 9001

• ISO 14001

• ISO 45001

• Other ISO certification and compliance services

Freshers with good communication skills are welcome for the loan process. Candidates with prior experience in ISO certification sales, consulting, or telecalling will be preferred for the ISO process.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers.

• Handle incoming calls and basic front desk coordination.

• Explain loan products and ISO certification services.

• Generate and qualify leads.

• Follow up with interested prospects.

• Maintain call records and CRM updates.

• Coordinate with internal teams for closure.

• Achieve sales targets.

Required Skills

• Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.

• Convincing and negotiation skills.

• Basic computer knowledge (Excel/CRM).

• Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.

Eligibility

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.

• Freshers can apply for the loan process.

• Experience in telecalling, sales, loan products, or ISO certification is an added advantage.

Working Hours

• Regular Timing: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

• Month-End Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM
