Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Tele callers to join our loan sales team. The role involves connecting with potential customers, explaining loan products, and guiding them through the application process.

The position offers an in-hand salary of In Hand Salary along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers

• Explain loan products (Used Car Loan Personal loans, Business loans, etc.)

• Generate leads and follow up with interested clients

• Maintain customer database and call records

• Achieve monthly targets

• Handle customer queries professionally

Job Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic knowledge of financial/loan products is a plus

• Ability to convince and negotiate

• Comfortable with calling and sales targets
