Make outbound calls to potential clients and respond to inbound inquiries related to study visas, PR, work permits, and other immigration programs.
Explain services, eligibility criteria, and process details to clients clearly and professionally.
Maintain a database of leads, update call records, and follow up on prospects regularly.
Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings between clients and counselors.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge about immigration procedures and country-specific visa requirements.
Handle client queries politely, ensuring excellent customer service.
Support marketing campaigns through tele-calling and lead follow-ups.
Coordinate with counselors and the sales team to ensure smooth client onboarding.
