Job Description:

Six Sigma Eldercare Pvt. Ltd., a trusted homecare and eldercare service provider with over 9 years of experience, is looking for a Telecaller to coordinate and communicate with homecare attendants and caregivers.

The role involves calling attendants, explaining job requirements, confirming availability, and maintaining clear communication to ensure timely service delivery to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call and follow up with homecare attendants/caregivers regarding duty requirements

• Explain job details such as location, shift timing, patient condition, and responsibilities

• Verify attendant availability and willingness to take assignments

• Maintain proper records of calls, responses, and assignments

• Coordinate with operations/team leaders for smooth deployment

• Handle basic queries from attendants in a polite and professional manner

• Ensure clear, respectful, and empathetic communication at all times

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 12th pass (Graduation preferred)

• Good communication skills in Hindi (English/basic regional language is a plus)

• Experience in telecalling, recruitment calling, or healthcare calling preferred

• Ability to speak politely and patiently

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / calling software / WhatsApp follow-ups

• Understanding of homecare, eldercare, or hospital services is an advantage
