Make outbound calls to students and parents to explain Olympiad programs and courses
Generate and qualify leads through phone calls and follow-ups
Handle inbound calls and respond to enquiries professionally
Clearly communicate course details, benefits, fees, and schedules
Maintain and update student/parent data in CRM or lead sheets
Follow up with interested leads and convert them into enrollments
Schedule counselling sessions or demo classes for students
Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead conversion targets
Good communication skills in English and local language
Ability to interact politely with parents and students
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, calling apps, CRM preferred)
Positive attitude, patience, and convincing skills
Prior tele-calling or education sector experience is an added advantage
