Job Description:
We are hiring a Telecaller who is fluent in Bengali to manage customer calls and support logistics operations. The role includes handling inbound and outbound calls, explaining services, and maintaining customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound and handle inbound calls

• Communicate with customers in Bengali (mandatory)

• Provide information about logistics services

• Generate leads and follow up with clients

• Maintain call records and reports

Requirements:

• Fluency in Bengali (mandatory)

• Basic knowledge of Hindi/English

• Good communication and convincing skills

• 0–1 year experience (preferred)

• Basic computer knowledge

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month
