Telecaller

Job Title: Tele caller

Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated Tele caller to contribute to our organization(Save Children Foundation). As a Tele caller, you will be responsible for reaching out to the people over the phone, providing relevant information about our organization and the children .The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be self-motivated, and demonstrate an ability to handle objections while creating a positive impression.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls and inform people about our organization(Save Children Foundation) and make fundraising for the needy children.

2. Follow up on leads for the help of  the children.

3. Understanding people's issues and making them trust in our organization and what work we are doing and make aware people about such needy people.

4. Keep accurate records of calls, people details, and feedback in notes.

5. Manage people's queries, complaints, and objections, providing appropriate answers to ensure people satisfaction.
