Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive Outbound Sales Executive / Telecaller to engage customers from our existing database, revive dormant leads, and convert them into successful orders through effective phone-based selling. The role requires strong communication, persuasion, and the ability to close sales while delivering a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Make 80+ outbound calls daily to engage potential customers.
• Convert calls into orders with a 5–10% conversion rate.
• Achieve monthly sales target of 150 pairs of shoes.
• Upsell accessories or multi-pack purchases to increase average order value (1.2 items per order).
• Update and maintain 100% accuracy of assigned leads in CRM.
• Handle customer objections and close sales effectively.

Qualification & Experience
• Graduate in any stream (Commerce/Marketing preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in outbound sales, telecalling, or inside sales.
• Experience in E-commerce, Retail, or Consumer Goods is preferred.
