Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to promote and sell insurance products over phone calls. The candidate will handle customer inquiries, explain policy benefits, generate leads, and close sales for various insurance products including life, health, motor, travel, and general insurance.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain insurance products, coverage, premiums, and benefits clearly.
Identify customer needs and suggest suitable insurance plans.
Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales.
Follow up with interested customers regularly.
Maintain customer records and update CRM/software.
Handle objections and resolve customer queries professionally.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with insurance companies and internal teams when required.
Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance regulations.
