Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admission Executive at the Sagar Group of Institutions - SISTec, located in Bhopal. The Admission Executive will be responsible for student recruitment and enrollment processes, handling inquiries, guiding prospective students through admission procedures, and maintaining records. The role involves conducting presentations, participating in outreach programs, and providing accurate information about courses and facilities to prospective students and their families. Coordinating with the internal team for smooth admission operations will also form a key part of the responsibilities.
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
Experience in counseling, advising, or student services
Ability to handle multiple tasks with excellent organizational skills and efficiency
Familiarity with educational admissions processes and marketing strategies
Proficiency in using digital tools and CRM systems to manage inquiries and leads
Fluency in written and spoken English and Hindi
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; additional qualifications in management or education is a plus
Experience in the education industry or admissions preferred
