We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team at Reality Mantra. This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Identifying leads, pitching products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibility. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Call prospective customers from company-provided data.

  • Generate genuine site visit opportunities for the sales team.

  • Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and offers professionally.

  • Qualify leads and identify serious buyers.

  • Schedule site visits and coordinate with Sales Managers.

  • Conduct timely follow-ups until booking or closure.

  • Maintain accurate customer records in CRM.

  • Handle customer objections confidently and convert inquiries into opportunities.

  • Assist junior telecallers with guidance, training, and best practices.

  • Share daily work reports with the Telecalling Manager.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 2 years of experience. Strong communication skills, customer-centric approach, and ability to close deals are important for this profile. Proficiency in Lead Generation,Convincing Skills,Cold Calling is an added advantage.

Excellent communication skills in Hindi.

• Good English communication preferred.

• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

• Pleasant and confident telephone etiquette.

• Ability to handle customer objections professionally.

• Good computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, Google Sheets).

• Self-motivated and target-oriented.

• Team player with positive attitude.
