Job Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Telecaller / Lead Generation Executive who can generate potential business leads, connect with business owners and decision-makers, qualify prospects and schedule appointments for the Business Development Team.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, confidence in handling calls and the ability to generate leads through multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business leads through:

- Cold calling

- Online business directories

- Google search

- LinkedIn

- Social media platforms

- Other lead generation platforms

• Contact business owners, startups, SMEs, traders and companies to understand their requirements.

• Introduce PRAVI Consultancy services and identify potential clients.

• Qualify leads based on business requirements and arrange meetings/appointments for BDM.

• Maintain daily calling records, follow-up status and lead database.

• Regular follow-up with interested prospects and ensure maximum appointment conversion.

• Coordinate with the sales team for client meetings and lead updates.

Candidate Requirements:

• 0–2 years' experience in Tele calling / Lead Generation / Tele sales.

• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

• Good Hindi communication is mandatory; basic English communication preferred.

• Confident in speaking with business owners and professionals.

• Comfortable with cold calling and achieving daily calling targets.

• Basic knowledge of Excel and lead management.

Daily Performance Targets (KPI):

• 80–100 quality calls per day.

• Generate qualified business leads.

• Schedule client appointments for BDM.

• Maintain proper follow-up records.

• Achieve monthly appointment and lead generation targets.

Salary & Incentives:

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month (Based on experience)
