The Pre-Sales Coordinator is responsible for handling inbound and outbound leads, qualifying prospects, coordinating site visits, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and the sales team. The role focuses on converting inquiries into qualified opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Management
Handle incoming inquiries from various channels (calls, portals, campaigns, walk-ins)
Maintain and update lead data in CRM
Ensure timely follow-up with all leads
2. Lead Qualification
Understand customer requirements (budget, location, timeline)
Identify serious and qualified buyers
Assign qualified leads to the sales team
3. Site Visit Coordination
Convince and schedule site visits for interested prospects
Coordinate with sales executives for availability
Ensure maximum site visit conversion from leads
4. Customer Interaction
Explain project details, pricing, and offers
Address basic customer queries before site visit
Maintain professional communication at all times
5. Follow-ups
Regular follow-up with prospects for visit confirmation
Post-visit follow-up to get feedback and push for closure
Track lead status till closure
6. CRM & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of calls, visits, and feedback
Generate daily/weekly reports on leads and conversions
Work closely with marketing and sales teams
Key Skills Required:
Strong communication and convincing skills
Good telephone etiquette
CRM knowledge (preferred)
Ability to handle pressure and targets
Coordination and multitasking skills

Number of leads handled
