Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to corporate clients, pharma companies, and business prospects

• Generate leads and appointments for the sales team

• Follow up with existing and potential clients regarding proposals, samples, and orders

• Maintain call records, client data, and follow-up status

• Understand client requirements and communicate them clearly to the internal sales team

• Assist in closing orders through effective communication and persuasion

• Coordinate with field sales team for meetings and conversions

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 6 months – 2 years of experience as a Telecaller / Tele Sales Executive

• Experience in B2B sales, corporate sales, or corporate gifting will be an added advantage

• Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English required)

• Confident, convincing, and polite on calls

• Strong follow-up skills and target-oriented mindset

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM is a plus
