🔹 Job Overview

We are looking for a confident and target-oriented Tele caller Executive to handle outbound and inbound calls, generate leads, follow up with customers, and support the sales team in achieving business targets.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers

• Handle inbound inquiries professionally

• Explain products/services clearly and generate interest

• Maintain and update customer database

• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales

• Coordinate with sales and field teams

• Visit field locations when required (Bike mandatory)

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets

🔹 Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in tele calling or tele sales

• Good communication and convincing skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools

• Target-driven and result-oriented attitude

• Must own a bike for field visits
