Job Title: Hiring Telecallers (Siwan & Gopalganj) & Sales Officers (Across Bihar) – Personal Loan Sector

​Open Positions & Role Details:

​1. Telecaller / Calling Executive (Siwan & Gopalganj)

​Role: Handle inbound/outbound calls, contact potential clients, explain Personal Loan offers, check eligibility, and collect initial documents.

​Requirements:

​Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate.

​Freshers or Experienced (Finance background preferred).

​Good communication and convincing skills in Hindi.

​Basic smartphone usage knowledge.

​2. Sales Officer / Field Executive (Any Location in Bihar)

​Role: Field sales, client visits, lead generation, document sourcing for Personal Loans, and coordination with bank partners for smooth file login and disbursement.

​Requirements:

​Prior experience in Personal Loan / DSA / Banking field sales is highly preferred.

​Strong local network and ability to drive field operations.

​Own vehicle (Bike/Scooter) and smartphone are mandatory.

​Salary & Compensation:

​Fixed Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 / month (Based on experience and role).

​Uncapped Incentives: Earn high commission/payouts on every successful file disbursement across HDFC, ICICI, Axis, Chola, and other partner banks.

You can earn incentive more than 50k per month.
