Job Overview :

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, communicating with potential customers / candidates, understanding their requirements, and maintaining proper follow-up.

Key Responsibilities :

• Make outbound calls to potential customers / candidates from provided databases.

• Explain company services, job opportunities, or offerings clearly.

• Understand requirements and provide relevant information.

• Generate leads and maintain regular follow-ups.

• Handle queries and objections professionally.

• Maintain call records and update CRM/database regularly.

• Achieve daily / weekly calling and conversion targets.

• Coordinate with the internal team for further processing.

• Build and maintain positive relationships through effective communication.

Requirements :

1. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

2. Hindi communication is mandatory; basic English is preferred.

3. Good convincing and negotiation skills.

4. Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.

5. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM tools.

6. Positive attitude, confidence, and target-oriented approach.

7. Freshers can apply; prior telecalling / customer support / sales experience is an advantage.
