Responsibilities:
Call potential customers to explain solar products and services.
Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Maintain and update customer databases.
Follow up with interested clients for quotations and site visits.
Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead targets.
Provide customer support and handle basic inquiries.
Requirements:
Any Graduate / 12th Pass with good communication skills.
1–2 years of experience in telecalling or customer service.
Confident, persuasive, and goal-oriented.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM).
