Make 100+ outbound calls per day to potential customers/leads.

Introduce the company and explain the product/service in a clear and professional manner.

Identify prospects who are interested in the product/service.

Understand the prospect’s basic requirements and qualify leads.

Follow up with interested prospects and maintain regular communication.

Check the prospect’s availability and schedule Google Meet meetings with the Sales/Business Development team.

Ensure scheduled meetings are properly updated and communicated to the concerned team.

Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, responses, and meetings booked.

Update daily calling and lead-generation reports.

Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly calling and meeting-booking targets.

Handle customer questions professionally and provide basic information about the company and its offerings.

Coordinate with the Sales/Business Development team to ensure smooth lead handover.

Follow up on missed or rescheduled meetings to maximize conversion opportunities.
