My FNG is seeking energetic and customer-focused Telecallers who will be responsible for calling incoming leads, converting them into customers, and coordinating with the customer and the garage to ensure smooth car servicing.
Key Responsibilities
Call and follow up on incoming leads provided by the company
Convert leads into confirmed customers by explaining My FNG services
Convince customers to opt for periodic car services, repairs, and maintenance packages
Clearly explain service details, pricing, timelines, and benefits
Coordinate between the customer and the partner garage to ensure smooth service execution
Confirm service bookings and share job details with the garage
Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally
Ensure timely updates to customers regarding service status
Maintain accurate records of calls, bookings, and follow-ups in CRM / system
Provide an excellent customer experience to build trust and repeat business
Required Skills & Qualifications
Good communication skills in Hindi & English (regional language is a plus)
Convincing and negotiation skills
Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and sales targets
Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, calling software)
