Role Description:
We are looking for a motivated Telecaller / Sales Executive to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be making outbound calls to prospective clients, sharing information about our projects, and generating leads for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients.
Explain our projects and offerings professionally.
Generate leads and appointments for the sales team.
Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets.

Qualifications & Requirements:
SSC (Class 10) and HSC (Class 12) passed.
Prior experience in real estate telecalling or sales preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident, persuasive, and goal-oriented.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems).
