About the Role

Metal Fabriks (India) Private Limited is looking for a proactive and results-oriented Telecaller to support our B2B sales efforts. The ideal candidate will generate leads, nurture client relationships, and drive revenue growth through telecalling and online B2B platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients to generate new business opportunities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls professionally

• Manage and respond to leads from B2B platforms such as IndiaMART and similar marketplaces

• Present and promote products/services to prospective customers

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business

• Deliver customized sales pitches based on client requirements

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Track market trends and competitor activity

• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales conversions

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass

• 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or B2B sales

• Hands-on experience working with B2B platforms such as IndiaMART (or similar portals)

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Target-driven with a customer-first mindset

• Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
