Metal Fabriks (India) Private Limited is looking for a proactive and results-oriented Telecaller to support our B2B sales efforts. The ideal candidate will generate leads, nurture client relationships, and drive revenue growth through telecalling and online B2B platforms.
Identify and approach potential clients to generate new business opportunities
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls professionally
Manage and respond to leads from B2B platforms such as IndiaMART and similar marketplaces
Present and promote products/services to prospective customers
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
Deliver customized sales pitches based on client requirements
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Track market trends and competitor activity
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales conversions
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
1–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or B2B sales
Hands-on experience working with B2B platforms such as IndiaMART (or similar portals)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
