Job DescriptionMadras City Properties is looking for confident and enthusiastic Telecallers to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining our property projects, generating interest, and scheduling site visits.
Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads.
Explain residential plots, villas, and property project details.
Understand customer requirements, budget, and preferred location.
Follow up with interested customers and maintain lead records.
Schedule property site visits for interested prospects.
Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and performance targets.
RequirementsGood communication skills in Tamil and/or English.
Basic knowledge of computers and calling applications.
Friendly, confident, and customer-oriented attitude.
Prior telecalling, sales, or real estate experience is an advantage.
