Telecaller / Sales Coordinator – Job Description

Job Summary

Labtech Electronics Pvt. Ltd., a manufacturer and supplier of industrial process instruments, flow meters, level transmitters, pressure and temperature instruments, analyzers, automation systems, PLC/SCADA and IIoT solutions, is looking for an energetic and responsible Telecaller / Sales Coordinator.

The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective industrial customers, introducing Labtech products and services, generating enquiries, following up quotations, coordinating with the sales team, and maintaining customer records.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and existing clients.

• Introduce Labtech products and understand the customer's basic requirements.

• Generate new business leads and enquiries through telephone follow-up.

• Contact industries, factories, EPC contractors, consultants, OEMs and system integrators.

• Follow up on quotations already submitted by the sales team.

• Fix appointments for Sales Engineers and management.

• Follow up with customers for technical discussions, order status and purchase decisions.

• Update customer and enquiry details in Excel / CRM.

• Maintain daily calling and follow-up reports.

• Coordinate with Sales Engineers for customer requirements and quotations.

• Follow up with customers regarding pending payments when instructed.

• Maintain professional communication with customers over phone, email and WhatsApp.

• Develop repeat business by regularly staying in touch with existing customers.

• Support promotional campaigns, exhibitions and lead follow-up activities.

Candidate Requirements

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Comfortable speaking with industrial and corporate customers.

• Good telephone etiquette.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, email and WhatsApp.

• Ability to maintain customer follow-up records.

• Target-oriented and disciplined in daily follow-up.

• Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, sales coordination or B2B calling is preferred.

• Experience in industrial products, engineering products, automation, electrical/electronics, instrumentation or B2B sales will be an added advantage.

Qualification

Any Degree / Diploma / B.Com / BBA / B.Sc / BA / Engineering Diploma

Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

Experience

0–3 years

Experience in Telecalling / Telesales / Sales Coordination / Customer Follow-up / B2B Sales is preferred.

Language Skills

Tamil: Required
English: Required
Hindi: Preferred / added advantage

Preferred Candidate

Candidates who are:

• Confident in making 50–80 customer calls per day.

• Comfortable speaking with Purchase Engineers, Plant Engineers, Maintenance Engineers and business owners.

• Good at continuous follow-up.

• Interested in learning industrial products and technical sales.

• Able to work closely with the Sales and Marketing team.
