Telecaller

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain financial products such as business loans, mortgage loans, and other loan services.

• Identify customer needs and provide suitable product information.

• Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales/loan team.

• Follow up with clients regarding documents, application status, and queries.

• Maintain updated records of customer interactions in CRM systems.

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.

• Provide excellent customer service and build strong client relationships.

• Coordinate with the backend/loan processing team to ensure smooth workflow.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience as a telecaller, telesales executive, or customer service representative (preferably in finance).

• Strong communication skills (clear, polite, and confident).

• Basic understanding of loan products and financial processes.

• Ability to handle customer queries professionally.

• Good listening skills and problem-solving attitude.

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

• Proficiency in follow-ups and documentation coordination.
