Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to handle customer calls, generate leads, and support sales activities. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to convince customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers
Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally
Explain products/services and generate interest
Follow up with leads and maintain call records
Schedule appointments or site visits for the sales team
Achieve daily/weekly call and lead targets
Maintain customer database
Resolve basic customer queries and complaints
Requirements:
Minimum HSC/Graduate in any field
Good communication skills (Hindi, Marathi, English)
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to handle rejection and work in a target-driven environment
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Preferred Skills:
Prior telecalling or customer support experience
Strong convincing and negotiation skills
Good listening skills
Time management skills
