Job Description:

We are looking for a female Telecaller cum Receptionist & Admin to join our dynamic team in the international freight forwarding and logistics industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for front desk management, telecalling, basic administration, and support functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential clients and partners

Greet and assist visitors and clients at the front desk

Coordinate appointments, meetings, and follow-ups

Maintain administrative records and office supplies

Support sales and operations teams with documentation and coordination

Maintain professional and presentable reception area

Eligibility & Skills:

Female candidate with 1–2 years of relevant experience

Proficient in English and local language (Marathi/Hindi)

Presentable personality and good communication skills

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling)

Well-organized, confident, and proactive

Work Schedule:

Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Working Days: 6 days a week

Off: All Sundays + 2nd Saturday
