Telecaller

We are looking for an enthusiastic and persuasive Telecaller / Counsellor to join our admissions team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential students, explaining our training programs, handling inquiries, and guiding them through the admission process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective students and explain course details, curriculum, and career outcomes.

• Handle inbound inquiries received through phone, WhatsApp, website, and social media.

• Counsel students on suitable courses based on their interests, background, and career goals.

• Follow up with leads systematically to ensure maximum conversions.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and admissions in CRM or Excel.

• Coordinate with the marketing and academic teams for campaign support and student onboarding.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment targets.

• Provide a positive and informative experience to all prospective students and parents.
  Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong persuasive and listening skills.

  • Good command of English, Hindi, and Telugu (preferred).

  • Ability to handle objections and convert inquiries into admissions.

  • Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.

  • Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn.
