Telecaller

We are looking for a confident, energetic, and articulate Female Receptionist cum Telecaller to join our team. This role is a blend of front-desk management and proactive sales outreach, requiring a professional who can represent our brand effectively both in person and over the phone.

​Key Responsibilities

• ​Outbound Calling: Perform a minimum of 100 cold calls per day to prospective clients to generate leads and interest.

• ​Lead Management: Effectively handle inquiries, follow up on leads, and maintain a database of potential customers.

• ​Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule meetings and site visits for the sales/management team.

• ​Front Desk Operations: Greet visitors with a professional demeanor and manage incoming calls or general office inquiries.

• ​Reporting: Maintain daily call logs and provide updates on lead conversion and meeting schedules.

​Requirements & Qualifications

• ​Gender: Female only.

• ​Language Skills: Excellent command over both English and Hindi (Verbal and Written).

• ​Communication: Strong persuasive skills with the ability to handle objections during cold calls.

• ​Experience: Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or front-desk roles is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.

• ​Professionalism: Punctual, organized, and capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
