A Digital Marketing Telecaller is responsible for contacting potential and existing customers to promote digital marketing services such as SEO, social media marketing, paid ads, and website development. The role involves lead generation, client communication, and converting prospects into customers.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
📲 Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain digital marketing services
📋 Generate and qualify leads through cold calling and follow-ups
💬 Understand client requirements and suggest suitable digital marketing solutions
📊 Maintain records of calls, client details, and sales progress
🤝 Build and maintain good relationships with clients
📢 Coordinate with the marketing/sales team for campaign updates
🎯 Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets

Strong communication and convincing skills
Basic understanding of digital marketing (SEO, social media, Google Ads, etc.)
Good listening and problem-solving ability
Confidence and positive attitude
