Job Overview & Requirements:

* Designation: Inside Sales Specialist (Voice Process).

* Work Location: Office No. 105, Purn Shanti Heights, Jambli Naka, Khartan Road, Thane (W) - 400601.

* Shift Timings: Fixed Day Shift (Dubai Timeline).

* Compensation: Up to ₹25,000/- Fixed Gross PM + Attractive Monthly Incentives (Uncapped earning potential).

* Education: Minimum Undergraduate (HSC / 12th Pass).

Target Candidate Profile:

1. Freshers: Welcome to apply, provided they possess excellent, flawless English communication skills.

2. Experienced Candidates:Minimum 1 year of experience in any International Sales Process OR an exceptional performance track record in a Domestic Voice Sales process with great grammar.

3. Core Traits: Confident telephone etiquette, high energy, resilience, and target-driven capability to pitch premium financial products (Credit Cards / Personal Loans).

Commercial & Standard Terms:

As per standard industry norms, share your commercial fee calculated strictly on the fixed base salary (excluding variables/incentives) Including Payment Timeline: alongwith Security Period: Backed by a standard 90-day free replacement guarantee for early attrition.
