Telecaller

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database.

• Explain features and benefits of Loan and Credit Card products.

• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable financial products.

• Generate leads and schedule appointments for sales closure.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer information in the system.

• Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into applications.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets.

• Handle customer queries and provide proper product information.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.

• Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English.

• Basic knowledge of loans, credit cards, or financial products (preferred but not mandatory).

• Ability to convince and handle objections.

• Basic computer knowledge.

Salary:
₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month + Attractive Incentives (based on performance)
