Telecaller Job Description
Position: Telecaller / Telecalling Executive
Job Responsibilities:
- ग्राहकांना फोन करून कंपनीच्या Loan/Financial Services ची माहिती देणे.
- Customer ची requirement समजून घेणे आणि योग्य Loan product suggest करणे.
- Interested customers कडून आवश्यक माहिती घेऊन leads तयार करणे.
- Follow-up calls करून customer ला application process मध्ये assist करणे.
- Daily calling आणि follow-up report maintain करणे.
- Customer सोबत professional आणि polite communication ठेवणे.
- दिलेले monthly calling/lead targets पूर्ण करणे.
Required Skills:
- चांगले Communication Skills
- Marathi/Hindi बोलता येणे आवश्यक; Basic English असल्यास फायदेशीर.
- Customer handling आणि convincing skills
- Basic computer/WhatsApp knowledge
- Fresher आणि Experienced दोघेही apply करू शकतात.
