Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Real Estate Telecaller to handle outbound/inbound calls, generate leads for property sales, and support our clients in the real estate sector. Join our team to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.​

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote properties, generate leads, and schedule site visits.

• Handle inbound queries, provide property details, pricing, and market trends.​

• Update client records in CRM systems and follow up to convert leads into sales.​

• Collaborate with sales teams to meet monthly targets for calls and conversions.​

• Maintain accurate documentation of interactions and feedback.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's degree preferred.​

• 0-2 years experience in telecalling, sales, or real estate (freshers welcome).​

Essential Skills

• Excellent verbal communication, persuasion, and customer service skills.​

• Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and telecalling tools.

• Strong organizational abilities, persistence, and ability to handle rejections.​

• Basic knowledge of Hyderabad real estate market is a plus.​

What We Offer

• Competitive salary: ₹15,000-₹25,000/month + incentives.
