Job Title: Telecaller
We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller to communicate with customers over the phone. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a polite attitude, and the ability to handle customer queries while promoting company products or services.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
Explain products/services clearly and accurately
Answer customer questions and resolve basic issues
Follow up on leads and maintain customer interest
Maintain call records and update customer information
Meet daily/weekly calling and sales targets
Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when required
Requirements & Skills
Good command of the English language (spoken)
Strong communication and listening skills
Ability to convince and negotiate with customers
Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Excel is a plus)
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work under targets and pressure
Educational Qualification
Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred)
