Job Overview

We are looking for an energetic and goal-oriented Telecaller to join our growing Loan Department. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining our financial/loan products, and assisting them through the application process.

Salary & Benefits

• Monthly Salary: ₹20,000 to ₹25,000 (depending on experience and interview performance)

• Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives

Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients from the provided database.

• Explain various loan products (Personal Loans, Business Loans, etc.) and their benefits to customers.

• Understand customer requirements and guide them to the right financial products.

• Maintain a regular follow-up pipeline with interested clients to ensure conversions.

• Keep accurate and updated records of all customer interactions in the system.

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and business targets.

Requirements & Skills

• Education: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Graduate.

• Experience: 6 months to 2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or inside sales (experience in banking, insurance, or the loan sector is a big plus). Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome to apply.

• Languages: Good command over Hindi and basic understanding of English.

• Key Skills: Confident communicator, strong convincing skills, active listening, and a positive attitude toward targets.
