We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team . This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Identifying leads, pitching products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibility. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹13,000 - ₹16,000 along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call drivers and collect required information.

• Explain the company’s carpooling services to drivers.

• Maintain and update driver databases regularly.

• Verify driver details and ensure data accuracy.

• Follow up with drivers for pending information.

• Record call outcomes and driver responses.

• Maintain proper records of interested and non-interested drivers.

• Update daily calling and data collection reports.

• Coordinate with the team regarding driver information.

• Ensure all collected data is properly organized and updated.

• Handle basic driver queries during calls.

• Maintain confidentiality of driver information.

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 6 months - 2 years of experience. Strong communication skills, customer-centric approach, and ability to close deals are important for this profile. Proficiency in Cold Calling,Computer Knowledge,MS Excel,Convincing Skills,Lead Generation is an added advantage.
