We’re Hiring | Telecaller

Location: Zirakpur
Experience: 1–3+ Years

We are looking for an experienced Telecaller with a background in the IT industry. Candidates with strong communication and client handling skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound & outbound calls professionally
Maintain client follow-ups and customer relationships
Explain products/services and resolve queries
Maintain records and daily reports
Achieve calling and conversion targets

Requirements:

Experience: 1–3+ Years

Education:-Graduation or B.Com Preferred
Experience in the Pharma/Software Industry preferred
Good communication & convincing skills
Basic computer knowledge
Positive and target-oriented approach
