We are hiring enthusiastic and target-driven Telecallers for a Canadian process focused on website sales. The role involves interacting with international clients, understanding their business needs, and offering suitable website and digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential clients in Canada
Pitch website development and digital services (design, development, SEO, etc.)
Generate leads and convert them into sales
Understand client requirements and suggest appropriate solutions
Follow up with prospects and maintain a strong sales pipeline
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions in CRM
Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent communication skills in English (neutral accent preferred)
Punjabi language proficiency is mandatory
Prior experience in BPO, international calling, or sales preferred
Strong convincing, negotiation, and closing skills
Comfortable working in night shifts
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
Preferred Experience
Experience in website sales or digital marketing services
Exposure to Canadian or US calling processes
