Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller – Sales & Lead Generation to join our growing logistics team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, generating business leads, introducing our logistics services, and coordinating with the sales team to develop new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Make outbound calls to potential customers, importers, exporters, and businesses requiring logistics services.

2. Introduce the company's services, including Freight Forwarding (Air & Sea), Customs Clearance, Transportation, and International Courier.

3. Generate qualified leads and share potential business opportunities with the sales team.

4. Identify customer requirements and arrange follow-up calls or meetings with the sales executives.

5. Follow up with prospective customers to convert enquiries into business opportunities.

6. Maintain accurate records of customer calls, enquiries, and follow-ups in System

7. Prepare and submit daily calling and lead-generation reports to management.

8. Maintain professional communication and build positive relationships with prospective customers.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Minimum qualification: HSC / Graduate in any discipline.

· Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

· Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.

· Confident telephone communication and interpersonal skills.

· Good convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.

· Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
