Job Title: Telecaller
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, generating leads, and maintaining good relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services.
Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
Generate and follow up on leads.
Maintain records of calls and customer interactions.
Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales team.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Resolve customer queries professionally and efficiently.
Update customer information in the database.
Requirements:
Any Graduate / HSC preferred.
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
