We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to promote our digital marketing services and generate quality leads. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients, explaining our services, and scheduling meetings for the sales team.

Job Title: Telecaller – Digital Marketing

Qualification: Graduate/post graduate

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and businesses

• Explain digital marketing services such as:

  • Social Media Marketing (SMM)

  • Website & Landing Page Development

  • Google Ads & SEO

  • YouTube Marketing & GMB SEO

• Generate leads and fix appointments for the sales team

• Follow up with interested clients regularly

• Maintain call records and update CRM or Excel sheets

• Understand client requirements and share them with the team

• Achieve daily and monthly calling targets

Skills Required:

• Good communication skills (Hindi & English; Marathi preferred)

• Basic knowledge of digital marketing (training will be provided)

• Confident and persuasive speaking ability

• Ability to handle customer queries professionally

• Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset
