Real Estate Sales Executive

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up with potential real estate customers.

• Handle leads and convert them into property site visits and sales.

• Explain property details, pricing, payment plans, and other relevant information to customers.

• Coordinate and accompany clients for property/site visits.

• Build strong relationships with customers and assist them throughout the sales process.

• Achieve monthly sales targets.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and prospective buyers.

Requirements

• Prior experience in real estate sales is preferred/required.

• Strong communication and convincing skills.

• Must be comfortable with field sales and property site visits.

• Own two-wheeler/bike is required.

• Valid driving licence.

• Good knowledge of the local property market will be an advantage.
