Chemist Real Estate Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Business Development Executive with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, and closing deals in the real estate sector.
Identify and generate potential leads through calls, networking, and referrals
Explain real estate projects and services to prospective clients
Schedule and attend client meetings and property site visits
Understand client needs and offer suitable property solutions
Maintain strong client relationships and follow up regularly
Work with the sales team to achieve individual and team targets
Keep records of client interactions, deals, and updates in CRM
Fresher to Minimum 6 months to experience in sales, preferably in real estate
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Confident, well-spoken, and persuasive personality
Basic knowledge of real estate market trends is a plus
Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-oriented
Proficient in MS Office and basic computer operations
Fixed monthly salary of ₹22,000 – ₹25,000
