Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided script.Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers. Understand customer needs and requirements to suggest appropriate products/services. Keep accurate records of calls and sales activities in the CRM system. Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns . Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor. Requirements.
