Pre-Sales Executive – Casalens (Interior Design & Execution)

Casalens is a Bengaluru-based home interiors studio delivering premium, warranty-backed interiors with transparent, itemised pricing. We're looking for a Pre-Sales Executive to be the first point of contact for every homeowner who enquires with us.

What you'll do:

• Call incoming leads (website, Price Calculator, ads, referrals) and understand their interior requirement — property type, budget, timeline, and scope

• Explain Casalens' services, finish tiers, and our five commitments (Price-Lock Guarantee, On-Time Delivery, 10-Year Warranty, Milestone Payments, Total Transparency) confidently

• Qualify leads as Hot / Warm / Cold based on genuine intent and readiness

• Collect floor plans from interested customers to speed up the design process

• Convince and schedule confirmed consultations — site visits, studio visits (Sarjapur Road), or video calls

• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow up diligently on leads not yet ready to commit

• Hand over qualified, well-documented leads to the Sales/Design team

What we're looking for:

• Strong communication skills in English/Kannada/Hindi; a warm, confident phone manner

• Comfortable with target-driven, high-call-volume work

• Prior tele-calling, inside sales, or customer-facing experience (interior/real estate/furniture industry a plus, not mandatory)

• Basic comfort with CRM tools, WhatsApp, and spreadsheets
