Our client is an eco-friendly, all-electric ride-hailing platform founded in August 2022 and headquartered in Kolkata, India.

Job Description – Telecaller

Location: Gurugram

Experience: 1–5 Years

Key Responsibilities-

1. Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with cab bookings, service inquiries, and follow-ups.

2. Coordinate with drivers and the operations team to ensure smooth ride scheduling and timely issue resolution.

3. Maintain accurate customer records, booking details, and call logs in the CRM or company system.

4. Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally while delivering excellent customer service.

5. Follow up with leads and existing customers to increase bookings, build long-term relationships, and achieve daily performance targets.

Preferred Candidate Profile -

• Experience in transportation, cab services, logistics, travel, or customer support is preferred.

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi; basic English communication is an advantage.

• Good knowledge of MS Office and basic computer applications.

• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.

• Willingness to work from the Gurugram/Delhi office.
