Job Title: Telecaller – Sales

Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Telecaller to generate sales leads, connect with prospective customers, and support the sales team in achieving business targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to build strong customer relationships over the phone.

Key Responsibilities-:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database.

• Explain company products and services clearly and professionally.

• Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.

• Follow up with interested customers to convert inquiries into sales.

• Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM/database.

• Handle customer queries and provide relevant information.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.

• Coordinate with the sales team regarding customer requirements.

• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

• Prepare daily call reports and sales updates.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, Email).

• Good listening and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.

• Positive attitude with a customer-focused approach.

Qualification

• Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate in any discipline.

• Freshers are welcome; experienced telecallers will be preferred.
